Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of behavioral intervention for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to program development.

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Compensation

  • Clinical Supervisor $85k-88k

Monthly Performance Bonus:

  • Earn an extra $500 per month - just for providing your minimum monthly billable services! Monthly performance bonuses go up to $1300 per month, with a total yearly bonus potential of $16k.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $104,000 per year!
