BCBA Supervisor (50% Remote) - Join the Behavioral Health Works Team!

As a BCBA Supervisor, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You Bring

Required:
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Preferred:
  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
    Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor


Compensation:

$85,000 - $95,000 DOE
