Join BlueSprig's Severe Behavior Center, where experienced clinical teams provide highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors, including:
  • Aggression
  • Self-injury
  • Elopement
  • Pica
  • Other high-risk behaviors


This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $114,000
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $96,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
