This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.
Total Annual Compensation: Up to $114,000- Base Salary: $85,000 - $96,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
