What You9ll Do

As a Hybrid BCBA with Autism 360, you9ll provide clinical leadership while helping learners, families, and team members thrive.

You9ll:
0602 Provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155
0602 Develop, monitor, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs
0602 Conduct clinical supervision and ongoing treatment review
0602 Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
0602 Coach, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs
0602 Collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress beyond the clinic
0602 Complete treatment planning, documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines
0602 Partner with fellow clinicians and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
0602 Maintain ethical, clinically appropriate, and compliant service delivery consistent with BACB, payer, and organizational requirements

What You9ll Need
0602 Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
0602 Current or eligible North Carolina licensure, as applicable
0602 Master9s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
0602 Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
0602 Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA principles
0602 Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate with RBTs, caregivers, and fellow clinicians
0602 Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
