Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and support staff.
  • Conduct assessments to determine individual needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance treatment strategies.
  • Present at national/international conferences to share research insights.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $101,000

  • Base Annual Salary: $80,000-$85,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly)
