Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs in implementing treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members
  • Engage in clinical consultation and professional development activities

Full Job Description
*This role is open only to certified BCBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $101,000
  • Base Annual Salary: $80,000-$85,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly)
