Job Description:

Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages. Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces reports. Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations. Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, overseeing essential repairs and other duties. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance. Monitors work performed by outside contractors to ensure requirements are met and results are documented properly. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs. Provides on-the-job skills training. Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
