Frederick, MD is looking to hire a
full-time HVAC Technician / Service Technician to diagnose problems, replace parts, and repair equipment in our clients' residential heating and cooling systems in Frederick and surrounding areas. To assist you in your success, we provide a take-home company
vehicle, tool account, and training. The typical schedule for this position is
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.
We pay our HVAC Technicians / Service Technicians a competitive salary of
$70,000-$120,000/year, including commission and bonuses. We pay for
50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events. - Maryland HVAC license
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
- Availability for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule
