Commercial HVAC Service TechnicianLocation: Denver Metro Area, CO
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
- Read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers.
- Complete digital service reports and document work performed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.
Qualifications - 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with commercial HVAC controls and electrical systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical rooms.
Preferred Experience - VRF/VRV systems
- Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
- Chillers and boilers
- Refrigeration experience
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
