Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners and ductless mini-splits.
• Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues during diagnostics.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Build trust through clear, professional communication with customers regarding issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed for record keeping.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies for compliance.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and standards to improve service delivery.
