Job Description
As a HVAC technician, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and educate customers on the options available to them, while delivering extraordinary customer experience.
What Success Looks Like:- Use your experience to educate our customers on their HVAC systems and offer solutions.
- Participate in continuing training to grow as a professional in HVAC careers.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, your manager, and coordinators.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
You Bring to the Team:- Years of HVAC Service experience. Ideal for experienced pros who are looking for year-round stability
- Valid Driver's License and qualify to be covered by company auto insurance.
- EPA Certification.
