What YOU will be responsible for as an HVAC Service Technician:- Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
- Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications
- Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
- Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
- Learning the Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing HVAC Technician Method (Don't worry, we will train you to be successful!)
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- A customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping people
- A team player with a professional, positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred (but not required)
- Capable of troubleshooting split systems
- Capable of troubleshooting light commercial systems
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, phone, and tool account)
- Must be proficient with smartphone, email, etc.
