OverviewHVAC Service Manager (Residential)
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
- Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and communication
- Improve efficiency through route optimization, workflow improvements, and technician performance tracking
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for residential HVAC systems, installations, and service
- Stay current with HVAC codes, regulations (EPA, local/state), and emerging technologies
- Ensure top-tier service quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential HVAC
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (installation, maintenance, diagnostics)
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop technicians at all skill levels
- Commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner experiences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, efficiency, and quality goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective presentation and training skills; comfortable leading team meetings
- Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Familiarity with service management software and dispatch systems
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation & Details:
- Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 annually (plus performance-based bonuses)
