  • Hand off sold equipment to our install team - you sell it, they run it

  • Tackle side tasks with confidence and pride


Our Compensation Plans? Seriously Elite.
  • 20% commission on services you sell and complete
  • 8-12% commission on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount)
  • 5% commission on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades)
  • Up to $50 per membership signup
  • 1-5% commission on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical)

Requirements
  • 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • 18+ years old
  • Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC
  • Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment
  • Hungry to learn and level up
  • Boiler experience = BIG bonus
  • Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners
