Responsibilities• Meet with
qualified homeowners from company-provided leads
• Take proper measurements, pictures, and fill out forms to have a smooth handoff to the install teams
• Use Software To Do a Load Calculation To Ensure Proper System Sizing
• Weekly Coaching Sessions
• Weekly Sales Meetings For Training, Results, And Support
• Follow & Improve On A Tried & True Sales Process Designed To Help You Win
• Present Custom system options and financing solutions
• Get Referrals From Previous Customers
• Do Walkthroughs With Installers on Complex Jobs
• Ensure A Seamless Process & Experience For The Customer
• Follow Up With Customers

Qualifications• Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus)
