experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to help customers find the right comfort solutions for their homes.
What You'll DoAs an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
- Assess heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate system solutions
- Present pricing, options, and proposals in a clear, professional manner
- Build trust-based relationships with homeowners
- Close sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
What We're Looking For- Proven in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Consultative, customer-focused sales approach
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
