Location: Pensacola, FL - Onsite
Your Responsibilities:- Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and interacting with customers daily in person
- Support internal sales team by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to, receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer complaints
- Research competitive information to competitively price all inventory while maintaining a solid profit margin
- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy for the direct sales parts office and determine the most efficient avenues to achieve or exceed overall revenue goals
- Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate
- Grow current customer base by growing the number of customers
- Pursue new strategies to increase total store sales both through current and new customers
- Make regular sales calls to customers
- Other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4+ years of parts store experience or a combination of education and experience
- Experience with HVAC counter sales (Preferred)
- Forklift Certification (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethic

This position may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's education, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
The typical starting salary for this position ranges from $28.61 - $52.31 per hour plus a targeted sales incentive plan in Florida. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
