YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC MANAGER / INSTALLERIn this HVAC installation position, you oversee the installation processes on our jobs. You are the one who ultimately ensures that every job is done correctly and efficiently. Using your efficient planning and organizational skills, you schedule in-home energy audits and coordinate financing and permits. You also measure, order, and coordinate the ductwork for the installations. With close attention to detail, you verify sales measurements for accuracy and make modifications as necessary. You manage the team, making sure that there is the appropriate number of people on each project to get the job done. You take responsibility for your team and hold them accountable to our standards while making sure we do the highest quality job possible. You are the last stop for making sure we can execute our installations and are flexible in working with management to give you guidance. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Previous managerial experience with references
