Position Summary We are hiring a
Lead HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while also
leading and training other technicians. This role is key to helping grow our HVAC division.
Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Complete service calls accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lead and mentor junior technicians
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Qualifications - Journeyman HVAC license (preferred)
- Minimum 1-3+ years HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Leadership mindset with ability to train others
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Growth Opportunity This role offers advancement into
Service Manager or leadership positions as we expand HVAC into additional markets.
