Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Preferred experience with load calculations.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC system design, installation, and servicing, including mini-splits and boilers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and crew management capabilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, including ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with job costing and financial understanding is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install various residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, mini-splits, boilers, and water heaters.
• Lead and supervise a small installation crew on job sites.
• Ensure a five-star customer experience through professional communication.
• Maintain timely communication with the Installation Manager.
• Mentor and train installation team members as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
