Position Summary

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems, including split systems, package units, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products. You will work closely with our installation team to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Our installers represent our company inside our customers9 homes, so professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are just as important as technical ability.

Responsibilities

  • Install complete residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, and ductless mini-splits.
  • Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment.
  • Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical components, thermostats, and accessories.
  • Perform equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation.
  • Verify airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical performance, and overall system efficiency.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout every installation.
  • Follow all manufacturer specifications, company installation standards, and local building codes.
  • Complete installation paperwork accurately using company software.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
  • Work safely while using proper PPE and following OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and deliver a five-star customer experience.

Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
