HVAC Installation Supervisor
What You'll Do
As our HVAC Installation Supervisor, you'll lead our residential installation team while ensuring every HVAC and generator installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with customers, installers, and office staff to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, and manage the HVAC installation team to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
Schedule and oversee residential HVAC and generator installation projects
Conduct job site visits and quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
Train, mentor, and develop installation technicians to improve performance and technical skills
Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and office teams to ensure equipment, materials, and labor are ready for each project
Monitor installation schedules and adjust staffing to meet customer deadlines
Resolve installation issues, customer concerns, and field challenges in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
Review completed jobs for accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for installation team members
What We're Looking For

Reliable transportation to our Mount Vernon, NY office (or plan to relocate before starting work)
