What You'll Own As our HVAC Install Manager, you will: - Lead, inspire, and develop an elite team of HVAC Installation Technicians. - Create a culture built on accountability, professionalism, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. - Coach technicians in both technical excellence and delivering an outstanding customer experience. - Ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. - Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, quality inspections, and performance reviews to elevate individual and team performance. - Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable for results. - Partner with Sales, Installation Coordinators, Warehouse, Fabrication, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution. - Ensure every job is fully prepared with the right equipment, materials, permits, and resources before technicians arrive on site. - Monitor labor productivity, installation quality, job costs, and departmental performance to drive profitability. - Resolve challenges quickly and professionally while protecting both the customer experience and company reputation. - Lead daily huddles, weekly meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions that motivate your team to perform at their best. - Develop future leaders by mentoring technicians and creating clear paths for career growth. - Continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
