HVAC Install Field Supervisor
F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead and support our residential installation teams. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field
- Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to installers as needed
- Monitor installation productivity, efficiency, and workmanship
- Assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members
- Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising installation teams preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards
- Valid driver's license required (must be at least 21 years old per company policy)
