YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC FIELD SUPERVISORIn this leadership role, you start your day early, preparing to support your team and ensure every job meets the highest standards. You're out in the field alongside technicians, guiding, troubleshooting, and coaching them in real-time. When challenges arise, you step in to provide clarity and direction, helping reduce callbacks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Throughout the day, you balance leadership with hands-on support, continuously developing your team while maintaining efficient field operations. Your presence brings confidence to the crew and consistency to every job completed.
Here's what you need to become our HVAC Field Supervisor:
- Valid driver's license
- CT Trade License (D or S license)
Preferred qualifications include
previous leadership or supervisory experience. We're looking for someone who is confident, solutions-driven, and committed to raising the standard in the field.
WORK SCHEDULE- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Daily start time: 6:45 AM
- Typical end time: 4:00-4:30 PM
- Includes backup coverage for technicians on weekends
