QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Driver's License
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable presenting solutions and closing sales
Preferred qualifications:
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years in construction or trades

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend work as needed based on customer demand (hours may vary).
In this role, you spend your days meeting with homeowners and small business clients, stepping into their spaces to understand their comfort needs and current systems. You conduct detailed assessments, identify opportunities for improvement, and present tailored solutions, including HVAC systems, heat pumps, generators, indoor air quality products, and maintenance plans. With confidence and clarity, you walk customers through energy savings and financing options, helping them make informed decisions. As you close sales, you collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience that leaves every customer confident in their investment.
