Responsibilities:- Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.
- Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent Communicator
- In-home sales
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems
Pay Transparency:This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average
$175k-$275k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
