Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Preferred 3 years of HVAC experience
• Flexibility to work varying hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to pass motor vehicle and background checks, and drug screening
• Excellent customer service skills, with a reputation for honesty and reliability

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about new HVAC systems
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight value
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Assess customer needs for safety and comfort
• Gain customer agreement for all job proposals
• Prepare detailed job proposals following company standards
• Pursue referrals from satisfied clients actively
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure quality and complete satisfaction
• Ensure departmental profitability through accurate job quoting
• Review all job details with the department manager
• Efficiently communicate job details to support staff
• Submit job-related documents and specifications promptly
• Relay customer expectations to Installers through various communication methods
• Maintain ongoing communication with Installers and customers during installations
• Prospect for new customers through outreach methods
• Participate in scheduled training and sales meetings
