The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $80,217.00 - $132,358.00, and the anticipated hiring range is between $80,217.00 - $106,288.00. Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. In this position you can expect to work at least 3 days in office at the Castro Building (1200 N Federal Blvd) Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

Denver Human Services (DHS) is seeking a highly skilled and qualified candidate to serve in the role of Human Services Operations Manager in the Family and Adult Assistance Division (FAAD). As the Human Services Operations Manager, you will be expected to oversee eligibility teams focused on ensuring accurate and timely processing of public assistance benefits at the main Castro office, for the City and County of Denver. Additionally, you will provide second level supervisory work over the Family and Adult Assistance Division of Denver Human Services through subordinate front-line supervisors.

Required Minimum QualificationsEducation requirement: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
