Position Summary The Human Resources Partner (HRP) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving all aspects of human resources within HCBS. This role serves as a key business partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities and care outcomes. The HRP fosters a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and employment best practices.
You will provide full-spectrum HR leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives
- Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards and proactively mitigate employment-related risks
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team member experience
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service delivery
- Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managers
- Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience strongly preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
Location & Travel This position is based in Basking Ridge, NJ, with regular travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ, and other regional locations as needed.
