Human Resources Partner - Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)

Behind this meaningful work is a dedicated workforce, and as our Human Resources Partner, you will play a critical role in building, supporting, and inspiring that team.

Position Summary
The Human Resources Partner (HRP) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving all aspects of human resources within HCBS. This role serves as a key business partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities and care outcomes. The HRP fosters a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and employment best practices.

You will provide full-spectrum HR leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards and proactively mitigate employment-related risks
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team member experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service delivery
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managers
  • Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion

Location & Travel
This position is based in Basking Ridge, NJ, with regular travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ, and other regional locations as needed.
