Human Resources Manager – Hybrid

The Job:
As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll be part of our HR team supporting Product Execution & Engineering working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner supporting 5 leaders within the Engineering team and approximately 300 employees. The position combines business partnership, employee relations, talent support, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and day-to-day HR execution.
- Partner directly with Engineering leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
- Support approximately 300 employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and employees while providing sound HR guidance and coaching.
- Advise leaders on performance management, employee development, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support annual HR processes such as merit planning, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, including coaching, performance concerns, workplace issues, and policy interpretation.
- Facilitate onboarding, internal movement, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with HR partners and centers of excellence on compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and training support.
- Lead or support change management initiatives and communications tied to business and team priorities.
- Use HR metrics, reporting, and workforce insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally in a Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, or senior HR generalist capacity.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity being onsite at our Towson, Maryland office Tuesday through Thursday, and as business needs require.
- Experience supporting Engineering, technical, or corporate client groups preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, change management, and employment standards.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
