Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our West Springfield, MA facility, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people, improving processes, and supporting a positive workplace culture. If you're skilled in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management, this role puts your expertise at the center of our success.

Work Schedule

Full-time, onsite role based in West Springfield, MA. Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM with occasional travel (up to 10%) to corporate facility.

What You'll Do
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for the location
  • Employee Relations: Manage performance, policy administration, coaching, and workplace investigations
  • Leave & Claim Management: Oversee PFML, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related compliance
  • Retention & Culture: Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that strengthen engagement
  • Leadership Support: Provide coaching, guidance, and HR partnership to managers and employees
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws
  • HRIS & Payroll Operations: Manage HRIS/timekeeping accuracy, approve timecards, support payroll, and complete monthly HR reporting

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish; candidates that can speak, read and write fluently in Spanish will be given preference
