Location: Faribault, MN - In-Office
Your Responsibilities:- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Administers Human Resources transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
- Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
- Maintains Affirmative Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations.
- Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Your Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree In Human Resources or related
- 6-8 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role
- 4+ years of people leadership
- Professional in Human Resources (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
