Full Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations at their assigned site, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate for this role is bilingual in both English and Spanish.

The salary range for this role is 80-85k.

  • Builds and maintains strong, effective working relationships with employees across all roles and levels within the organization.
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and support to HR staff at the site
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Communicates clearly, proactively, and effectively with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manages multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Performs additional duties and projects assigned to support organizational objectives.
