Are you passionate about people, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in the workplace? Dominion Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team and support our mission of providing compassionate mental health services to children, adolescents and adults.

What You'll Do:

The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of human resources at the hospital, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee engagement. This role partners with company leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and development for Human Resources staff, including assigning work, coaching performance, and ensuring efficient departmental operations.
  • Maintain employee records, licenses, certifications, and personnel files.
  • Support employee relations, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing employee training.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, unemployment claims, and compliance.
  • Manage workers' compensation processes, OSHA recordkeeping, and return-to-work programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support hospital leadership with HR guidance and special projects.
