Color & Additives - US &Canada | Holden, MA

As Human Resources Manager for Color & Additives US/CAN, you will play a visible leadership role across multiple manufacturing sites, shaping culture, strengthening the talent pipeline, and partnering with leaders to deliver business results within the Color, Additives & Inks segment.

This hands-on role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in manufacturing environments, builds trusted partnerships with operational leaders, and brings energy to talent development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Partner with business leaders and the Senior HR Manager to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals
  • Lead HR execution across a portfolio of manufacturing locations, including Holden, MA; Lewiston, ME; Bethel, CT; and other sites within the region.
  • Drive talent strategies including workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and development
  • Support recruiting and retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives
  • Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical standards
  • Use HR metrics and insights including turnover, engagement, and performance data to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Champion a safe, inclusive, and high accountability work environment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding complex people and organizational decisions
  • Lead and support change initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness
