Your role

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our People & Culture and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) functions across the United States and Mexico. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for shaping organizational culture, developing people strategies, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance across multiple locations and jurisdictions.

This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for a leader who can build strong teams, develop scalable processes, influence organizational performance, and foster a culture rooted in accountability, ownership, collaboration, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic People & Culture Leadership
  • Develop and execute local people strategies aligned with business objectives and global initiatives.
  • Drive organizational culture by embedding accountability, ownership, and collaboration throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with leadership to provide guidance on talent, performance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead talent management initiatives that ensure the right people are in the right roles and positioned for long-term success.
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.


Human Resources Operations
  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and professional development.
  • Develop and improve HR systems, policies, and processes to drive effectiveness and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations across multiple U.S. states and Mexico.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage employee and business-related HR matters.


Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Lead the EHS function and support a culture where safety is integrated into daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety and operational performance.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our home office in Export, PA, United States (US).
