What You Will Do:

ENSTAR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is a key partner to leadership, supporting employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Partner with leadership to navigate employee relations, performance management, and workplace challenges.
  • Coach managers and employees to foster a respectful, high-performing culture.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and administer regulated programs (Drug & Alcohol Program)
  • Oversee HR systems, data integrity, and reporting analytics.
  • Develop and refine HR policies, processes, and best practices
  • Deliver actionable HR insights to support business decisions
  • Lead training initiatives and support leadership development programs
  • Contribute to labor relations efforts, including union collaboration and negotiations

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible work experience, including leadership responsibility.

Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by ENSTAR. Ability to learn new systems or software packages as necessary.
