Hourly Pay: $37.95-$42.00

What You'll Do
  • Partner with supervisors and employees on employee relations, performance management, policies, compensation, engagement, and coaching.
  • Manage leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, providing guidance while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Coach leaders through employee relations matters and develop proactive strategies around engagement, retention, attendance, and performance.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, including workplace investigations, compensation analysis, job descriptions, training, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Use HR data, metrics, and technology to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

Experience and Skills
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with employee relations, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, workers' compensation, performance management, policy interpretation, and supervisor coaching.
  • At least 3 years of HRIS experience with applied knowledge of system functionality.
  • Working knowledge of California and federal wage-and-hour and employment laws.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, communication, confidentiality, and time-management skills.
