What you will need to qualify for this position:- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-4 years' experience in HR management (Preferably in Senior Housing, Senior Care or Hospitality)
- Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll is a plus
- Benefits administration
- Full knowledge of state and federal HR Laws
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and web-based systems, with a proven ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools
