Department: Quality Care Rehab

Location: Capitol Hill Healthcare Center

Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer various plans and procedures in the assigned functional areas
  • Participate in development of department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Interact with middle and senior management to identify strategies to better serve our team members
  • Recommend improvements in efficiency and services provided in the assigned functional areas
  • Coordinate departmental initiatives across functional areas with other HR team members
  • Assist the Director with analysis of HR department effectiveness for ongoing performance in all areas


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:
