Help Build the Workforce Behind Exceptional Care

We're seeking a Human Resources Director to help lead the employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders. You'll help shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, improve retention, support workforce planning, and navigate complex people challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

You'll serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader, with responsibilities including:
  • Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • Coaching leaders through employee relations, performance management, and workplace challenges
  • Supporting talent acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive clinical labor market
  • Leading investigations and managing complex employee relations matters
  • Supporting compliance with employment laws and healthcare-related regulations
  • Overseeing workplace safety, workers' compensation, accommodations, and leave-related matters
  • Using workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and drive business decisions
