Position SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner III (HRBP III) serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and key stakeholder groups, partnering with business leaders to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role provides expert guidance in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, compensation, performance management, and compliance. The HRBP III operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a trusted consultant to management on complex human resources matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs.
- Provide consultation and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, corrective action, and employee engagement.
- Conduct and support complex employee investigations while ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to support organizational growth and continuity.
- Analyze workforce trends, retention data, and employee feedback to develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting strategies and critical hiring initiatives.
- Support compensation planning, market reviews, and job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to improve effectiveness and employee experience.
- Facilitate leadership development, training programs, and performance improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to implement enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
- Lead HR-related projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR professionals and team members.
Qualifications- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience partnering directly with managers and leaders on complex employee relations and organizational issues.
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, or a fast-paced environment preferred.

Reporting RelationshipReports to the Executive Director (ED)
Work Environment- Professional office and/or healthcare environment.
- May require occasional travel between locations.
- Ability to respond to employee and business needs in a timely and professional manner.
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 annually
