Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day HR activities across employee and labor relations.
- Oversee recruiting and workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Provide payroll and HRIS support.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant HR setting.
- Strong employee and labor relations expertise.
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.
- Proficiency in recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
