Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for
HR Generalist: $85,000/year
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
HR Generalist Responsibilities Include:- Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Address performance issues and assist with improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
HR Generalist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Service Contract Act [SCA] or Collective Bargaining Agreements [CBA] experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
