Build & Support Great Teams- Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
- Lead performance management processes and support leaders in coaching and development
- Promote learning, leadership development, and succession planning across the organization
Ensure Compliance & Reduce Risk- Maintain and enhance HR policies and practices aligned with employment laws and best practices
- Oversee compliance, investigations, and employee relations matters with professionalism and care
- Provide guidance that balances organizational needs with employee support
Be a Trusted Partner- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with operational goals
- Support managers in navigating employee relations, performance concerns, and team dynamics
- Foster engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience
Drive Operational Excellence- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and process improvements
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively
Support Compensation & Benefits- Ensure competitive, equitable compensation practices
- Oversee benefits programs that support employee well-being

RequirementsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience across multiple HR functions (employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, etc.)
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
