Job Overview:

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to support an active project in Hubbard, TX. In this role, you'll lead day to day safety efforts in the field, conduct site audits and hazard assessments, and facilitate toolbox talks to keep crews aligned and informed. You'll work closely with both field teams and leadership to reinforce a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific standards. The ideal candidate brings field safety experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a practical, solutions focused approach to keeping people safe and projects on track. Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and all other safety related federal, state, and local requirements
• Impeccable customer service skills including the ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Field experience supporting, implementing, and directing Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills, specifically the ability to author technical related reports in a clear, concise format
• Must be able to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Previous application and knowledge of the principles, standards, and techniques of HSSE management
• Professional understanding of the pertinent elements of physical science, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, physiology, and other scientific and technological fields which contribute to the achievement of comprehensive HSSE objectives
• Develop and enforce project Safety Program and related policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with project leadership to create project specific safety reports, assess metrics, and make recommendations for improvement over baseline.
• Hold Preconstruction planning meetings with subcontractors to review site safety program and job hazard analysis for their scope of work and to establish and review risk mitigation plans.
• Availability for routine trips to site field locations is required. The ability to access elevated areas will be necessary.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field of study • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred
• 10 + years of progressive field experience on large scale projects 4 + of which should be in management
• Proven ability supporting large scale multi-million-dollar projects
• Ability to identify known and potential safety related exposures and lead implementation of corrective actions
• Familiar with general construction operations
• Demonstrate elements of leadership from within, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to build teams and professional relationships
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation delivery skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Analytical thinking, good judgment, and complex problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
