ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Health & Safety:
- Workplace safety analysis and deriving measures to prevent occupational accidents and diseases
- Information, support and coaching of all departments on security issues
- Reporting, key figure monitoring and documentation for the management and the group
- Conducting regular safety audits and risk analyzes as well as the generation of reports
- Permanent optimization of the HS / FM processes considering the existing objectives
- Investigation of accidents and near misses to eliminate the causes
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements as well as the group specifications
- Independent development of processes, guidelines, and recommendations for the continuous improvement of the safety culture
- Collaboration with external and internal departments and support functions
- Responsible for the company paramedics and the evacuation team as well as their education and training
Environment:
- Promoting environmental programs in the plant
- Ensure legal compliance to the latest regulation and standards
- Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain an environment plan to bring the Company’s Environmental Systems and Policies into compliance with standard requirements.
- Perform internal audits and risk analysis periodically
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
- Ensure that the performance of the EMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness (assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the EMS)
- Ensure that EMS Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the EMS and that these are regularly reviewed
- Ensure that documented information is controlled and updated all changes to critical documents within the scope of the EMS
- Ensure that documented information is established and maintained to provide evidence that the EMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records
- Ensure that all new staff are inducted into the requirements of the EMS related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide update training as necessary.
- Ensure that an internal audit program is adopted to verify that the EMS conforms to planned arrangements, and is effectively implemented and maintained; ensure that appropriate action is taken when this is not the case
- Analyze data on the effectiveness of the EMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the EMS can be made; this shall include data generated because of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources
- Coordinate continual improvements of the EMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed
- Fill in questionnaires from customers and support sales
- Monthly Reporting of the achieved results to the management
Facility Management:
- Conduct risk analysis and derive measures to protect buildings and facilities, especially in the areas of fire safety and access control
- Creation of the budget OPEX / CAPEX considering the overall economic efficiency and guarantee of the operation
- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the entire infrastructure used by SE
- Monitoring the technical equipment such as the technical center (alarm system) and fire alarm systems
- Representation of the company interests at authorities (fire police, office for air hygiene, accident regulation) as well as at consulting offices (security institute)
- Derivation and implementation of corresponding measures in cooperation with external service providers and an internal employee
- Implementation of maintenance and support measures from the request for quotation, order to the supervision of the work and order completion.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED
- Basic technical training.
- Continuing education in the field of HSE (further training as security assistant, security expert EKAS desirable).

- Prior experience with SAP
