We are seeking an experienced
HSE Advisor to support Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives on a major
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facility project. The successful candidate will provide field-based HSE leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, lifting operations, confined space entry, excavation, and working at heights.
- Support Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes and emergency response activities.
- Promote proactive safety awareness among employees and contractors.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years of HSE field experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Experience working with contractors in construction environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) preferred.
