Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

About the Role

The HRIS Administrator serves as a key technical and functional resource for the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related technologies. This position administers, configures, optimizes, and maintains HR systems to support HR operations, data integrity, reporting and analytics, compliance, and organizational decision-making. The HRIS Administrator partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Information Systems, Finance, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot complex system issues, improve processes, and ensure the accurate and effective use of HR technology. For qualified candidates who are not local to the Capital Region, Saratoga Hospital offers the opportunity to work remotely.

What You'll Do

HRIS Administration/System Support
  • Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related systems, ensuring data integrity and data standardization access controls, and system optimization.
  • Configure systems settings, workflows, security roles, and business processes.
  • Perform system testing for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Lead or support HRIS upgrades, processes improvements, implementations, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with vendors on escalated technical issues.
  • Respond to and resolve HRIS system, manager, and administrator requests, including troubleshooting, access, configuration, reporting, and other functional support needs.
  • Provide administration and technical support for SaraNet and other assigned HR systems and applications.


Data Management
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and validation.
  • Monitor interfaces and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for HR team and leadership.
  • Track metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform HR strategies or support on HR led initiatives.
  • Support HR team and organization with workforce analytics.
  • Coordinate and complete recurring HR and recruitment scorecard and other organizational HR metric.
  • Respond to ad hoc business intelligence and data requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reported information.
  • Support data collection, reporting and analysis for compensation and engagement surveys in partnership with appropriate HR functional teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards to reduce manual reporting processes.

System Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes.
  • Recommend workflow improvements.
  • Participate in HR technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate implementation of new modules and system enhancements.

Project Management
  • Participate in HRIS implementation and upgrades.
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert on HR system projects.

Collaboration
  • Partner with Payroll, IS, Finance, and HR Teams
  • Submit compensation surveys with HRIS data to IHA, Gallagher and Sullivan Cotter as requested.
  • Assist with ongoing and annual processes such as performance evaluations, annual imports, and open enrollment.


What You Bring:

Minimum of Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience in HRIS, HR Analysis, or reporting

Experience with UKG Pro software, Business Intelligence reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) preferred.
